POS and management for hospitality

From the kitchen to the till, take care of the flavour.

The management and point-of-sale system for restaurants and bars: it organises the dining room, the kitchen, delivery and the till. You cook and serve: we take care of the tables, the orders and the numbers.

The dining room

Let no table slip away

You see the whole dining room at a glance: who is eating, who asked for the bill and which table is free. The waiter enters the order from the table and the kitchen finds out instantly.

Sell more, and better

The system suggests what sells most and what earns most: the side dish that goes with it, the glass that pairs with that dish, the lunchtime combo. Suggesting is the cheapest way to raise the ticket.

  • Combos and promotions valid by day and by hour, for the happy hour or the set menu.
  • Different prices depending on the moment: you do not charge the same on a Tuesday at noon as on a Saturday night.
  • Automatic cover charge per diner, without anyone forgetting to add it.
  • You split the bill in equal parts or everyone pays their own, without working it out by hand.

The waiter takes the order at the table

With a tablet in hand, without writing on paper and without walking to the till. Tap what the customer orders and the kitchen sees it right away.

  • Each station prints its own: the schnitzel to the kitchen, the beer to the bar, the steak to the grill.
  • The clock starts when the order goes out, so you know how long each table has been waiting.
  • Big buttons designed for the finger, not for the mouse.
  • If the internet goes down, you keep taking orders and charging all the same.

The menu on the customer's phone

You stick a QR code on each table. The customer scans it, sees the menu with photos and up-to-date prices, and orders from there without waiting for someone to pass by.

  • A different code per table, so the order knows which table it came from and goes straight into the ticket.
  • You change a price and it is changed: nobody reprints menus ever again.
  • What ran out of stock stops showing up by itself, and you save the «we do not have that».
  • If you prefer they only look and do not order, you leave it read-only.

The till

Charge however the customer wants to pay

Cash, card, transfer or QR. You define the methods with their fee and in how many days they are credited, and the system tells you how much you will really receive.

The till closes by itself

At the end of the shift you count the cash and the system tells you whether it is short or over, and why. No more adding up tickets by hand at two in the morning.

  • It starts with the drawer float, adds what was collected and subtracts withdrawals.
  • Each waiter and each delivery rider has a running account: what they collected, what they handed in and what they still owe, with the balance carried from one shift to the next.
  • A shortfall is not forgotten the next day: it stays open until it is settled, and it can be deducted from pay.
  • You see which tables were left unpaid before counting the till.
  • E-invoicing with the QR and ticket from the receipt printer.

Your business

See how it is going, from wherever you are

You do not need to be standing in the venue. You log in from your phone and see today's sales, the occupied tables and whether the till is open.

What sells and what it earns you

Which dishes sell most, which are hardly ordered, and which days it is worth reinforcing the kitchen. With that you buy better and build the menu with data.

  • The strong days and the weak ones, to know when to put more people on.
  • What will be ordered tomorrow, based on what happened in recent weeks.
  • The discounts someone gave by hand, with the reason and who authorised them.
  • How long each dish takes to leave the kitchen.
  • An advance to a waiter is deducted from their account AND creates the entry in the payroll: it is collected once, not twice or never.
  • The shift's till closing reaches accounting as an entry, with each payment method in its own account.

Know who did each thing

A cancelled dish, a manual discount, a till opened out of hours. Everything is recorded with a name and a time, and that record cannot be touched: neither from the system itself, nor by getting into the database.

The history cannot be rewritten

Each movement is chained to the previous one. If someone modifies something old, the chain breaks and the system says so. You do not have to trust anyone: it is verified in one click.

  • Who cancelled that dish, at what time and for what reason.
  • Which discounts were given by hand, who authorised them and on which table.
  • When each till was opened and closed, and who counted.
  • The menu price changes, with the date they came into force.

Delivery and takeaway

Your delivery, with an owner and a time

Each order knows which zone it goes to, how much delivery costs and who is carrying it. When the rider comes back, they settle what they collected and the till was already waiting for it.

Zones drawn on the map

You mark the area on the map and each zone has its delivery cost, its minimum order and its estimated delay. The customer knows how much they pay before hanging up.

You know who carries each order

No order goes out on the road without an assigned rider. You see how many each one carries, how long ago they left and how much they have to hand in on return.

The customer who already bought

When you answer the phone their address appears, what they always order and how long since they last called. If it is their birthday, that too.

Goods, under control

Each dish that leaves deducts its ingredients. You know how much mozzarella is left without going to count in the storeroom, and the system warns you before it runs out.

More than one venue

If you have two or three, you manage them all from the same user and switch from one to another without logging in again. Each with its own menu and prices.

Nobody touches what they should not

Everyone enters only their own area: the waiter the tables, the cashier the till, you everything. And it is recorded who did each thing.

Forecasting and intelligence

Four forecasting levels for Restó

Anticipate demand by dish to plan ingredient purchases and kitchen preparation.

Level 1

Basic · included

Forecasts based on recorded history, within the scope of each subscribed module. In Restó: tomorrow’s delivery orders, dining-room tables and dishes.

Included with your module

Level 2

Pro · ERPika Predictive Engine

Restó adds a seven-day outlook, hourly demand, suggested kitchen and delivery staffing, ingredient needs from recipes and stock, and expiry analysis. Purchasing suggestions consider incoming orders and supplier conditions; suggested orders remain drafts.

Available by subscription

Level 3

ERPika Market Intelligence · subscription

Official EU agri-food price series, source dates and trends. Associate a series with your ingredients and its conversion factor to compare market movements with your own purchasing history.

Available by subscription

Level 4

ERPika Seny · subscription

A floating assistant within Restó. Ask about sales, recipe margins, cash, stock, purchases or expiry. Answers use the application’s calculations and show their sources. Supported queries use structured interpretation, without generative AI; tone and regional Spanish can be configured. Also ask about bookings, table times, kitchen operations, waiters, delivery areas, fees and price simulations. Saved preferences can be reviewed and deleted.

Available by subscription

Restó · What will sell on Saturday?

Estimate how many portions of each dish you may sell on Saturday using sales history for comparable days. For example: 45 pizzas, 30 breaded steaks and 20 pasta dishes. Use the forecast with your recipes and current stock to plan ingredient purchases, prepare the kitchen and reduce shortages and waste.

Illustrative quantities, not live company predictions. Forecasts depend on sufficient history and are estimates, not guarantees. Purchasing decisions should account for current stock, recipes or bills of materials, and supplier lead times.

Other uses of Pro

CRM · Sales forecast

Prioritize opportunities by closure probability and review the factors behind each estimate.

Risks across your modules

Late payments, churn, stock shortages, failures or absences depending on the module and available history.

One subscription per account

Enable the add-on for your modules. Each prediction reports confidence and identifies insufficient data.

Usage and scope

Seny plans and messages

Message allowances depend on the subscribed plan. The assistant shows consumption and available top-ups. Start, Pro and Max are message plans within level 4, not additional forecasting levels; plan conditions and technical limits apply.

Appointments · Pro

Expected attendance, suggested overbooking based on expected absences, demand that has not yet booked and a follow-up call list. Availability depends on the subscribed appointment module and recorded history.

Measured accuracy

Forecast snapshots are compared with actual activity as days pass. Historical sales feed estimates; a new installation needs prospective results before it can show measured accuracy.

Build your ERPika

Pay only for what you will use

Choose the pieces your venue needs. The price builds itself and you can change it whenever you like: if you add delivery in March, you add it and that is it.
