This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Who else has access to your data
We use providers to host the website, manage its content and answer enquiries:
- Netlify — website hosting and receipt of forms.
- TinaCMS — management of the website content.
- Meta / WhatsApp — message delivery and operation of the WhatsApp Business channel.
- Google reCAPTCHA — anti-spam check on the enquiry form: it receives technical data from the browser (such as the IP address) to tell a person from an automated program.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not share your data with third parties for other purposes and we do not sell it.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability, by writing to hola@erpika.es. If you gave your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. The website is served encrypted over HTTPS.
Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
