ERP for companies

All your administration in one place, and up to date.

The business management software (ERP) that joins purchasing, sales, stock, production, accounting, payroll, repairs and documents on the same information. The passing of data from one system to another ends, and with it the numbers that do not match. It works equally for the SME that is starting out, the industry with its own production, the technical service workshop and the accounting firm that handles several clients. It also includes independent modules for compounding and clinical laboratories, with catalogues, orders, results and traceability.

For your kind of business

The month-end close

Let closing the month stop being a marathon

The entry is not typed: the system builds it from what already happened. The purchase invoice, the till closing and the payroll run reach accounting by themselves, as drafts, for you to review.

Accounting receives, it is not re-typed

Each operation knows which account it goes to. A purchase, a collection, a payroll run: all reach accounting by themselves, as drafts, for you to review. You set up the mapping once and then the system posts; the accountant confirms instead of loading from scratch.

  • Financial years with their closing and opening, without parallel spreadsheets.
  • Statutory books, VAT ledger and reports ready to file.
  • Inflation adjustment with the FACPCE indices (Argentina), so that comparing two years means something.
  • Balance sheet and income statement at any time, not only in December.

Payroll, without surprises

You run payroll, print the payslips and generate what has to be filed. And the payroll entry goes into accounting without anyone copying it.

  • Collective agreements, pay scales and your own formulas, adjusted without waiting for an update.
  • Holidays and time bank with each employee's balance.
  • Digital payroll ledger and the period's filings.
  • Payslips in the format you use today.

Purchasing and stock

Be invoiced for what really arrived

The complete workflow, from request to payment. The system compares what you ordered, what entered the warehouse and what you are being invoiced: if the three numbers do not match, it tells you before you pay.

Buy better, with the price in view

You ask several suppliers for a quote and the system puts them side by side, discounting the payment term. Buying from whoever finances best is not always buying from the cheapest.

  • The invoice you load in Purchasing IS ALREADY in accounting: the entry builds itself, with its VAT and its account, and the accountant reviews it instead of typing it.
  • Orders with approval by amount: whoever requests is not whoever signs.
  • It detects split purchases made to dodge a signature.
  • Delivery notes that move stock on receipt, not on invoicing.
  • Running account of each supplier with the real position.

Workflows to measure

Your way of working, not ours

The system does not impose how things are done. You define the steps, who does each one and how much each person can sign, and the system enforces what you defined: nobody skips a step or signs their own request.

Build the workflow you already use

A workflow is a work process with steps and owners —who requests, who approves, who receives— defined once. Each company builds its own for purchasing, sales, customer follow-up, repairs and documents, and changes them when the way of working changes, without asking a programmer for anything.

  • Steps and owners to your measure: request, approval, order, receipt, invoice… whichever you need, in the order you want.
  • Approval by amount: up to a certain figure one person signs, above that another. Whoever requests is not whoever signs.
  • Rules that choose the workflow by themselves: the small purchase goes the short way and the large one the long way, without depending on someone remembering.
  • Several versions at once: you change the workflow without breaking what is half-way through; each document carries on with the rules it was born with.
  • Access to each workflow according to the user's profile.
  • The number of active workflows depends on the plan: from 4 workflows to unlimited depending on the tier.

Your company

See it from wherever you are

It opens in the browser: you log in from the office, from home or from your phone, and it is always the same screen. No remote desktop and nothing to install at each workstation.

Several companies, a single user

If you handle more than one legal entity —or you are a firm with several clients— you switch from one to another without logging in again, and each one with its data really separate.

  • Each user sees what corresponds to them, enforced on the server.
  • A change history that cannot be edited, not even from the database.
  • Argentina and Spain in the same product.
  • Updates arrive by themselves, without downtime or scheduling anything.

Follow each operation step by step

An order, a batch, a patient or a sample: each module brings together its recorded journey so you can see what happened and which documents or movements are related. Audit history adds who changed what and when, according to the permissions in your subscription.

Find a reference, follow its journey

Each module’s tracker helps you reconstruct an operation without opening screens at random. Review its stages, results and linked movements; open the source document and, with Audit access, inspect the recorded authors and changes.

  • Purchasing: follow the order, its receipts, delivery notes and linked stock movements.
  • Production: review the order, stages, progress, production reports, batches, consumption, waste and recorded recoverable scrap.
  • Compounding: search by order, preparation, patient, doctor or batch and review consumption, labels and printing records.
  • Clinical analysis: search by order, patient, doctor, test or sample reference; review collection and individual test results.
  • Inventory: inspect a batch’s movements and the recorded references for its receipts and issues.
  • The compounding stock ledger shows receipts, issues and balances by date, with export for the selected period.
  • Compounding labels retain the original batch when reprinted; the clinical sample reference stays with the order throughout processing.
  • Operational links and change history are available according to each user’s modules and permissions.

For the day someone asks

An inspection, an argument with a partner, a number that does not add up and nobody remembers why. At that moment, a history that can be edited is worth nothing; one that cannot ends the conversation.

  • Each movement is chained to the previous one: altering an old one breaks the chain and the system detects it.
  • It is verified in one click, and the result is yes or no, without interpretation.
  • It records who, what, when and from where, also for what was deleted.
  • It works across the whole system, not only on accounting.

Who it is for

Designed for whoever runs the administration

You do not need an IT department or a monthly consultant. It is configured once and then it works.

Accounting firms

You handle several clients from the same user, each with its own chart of accounts and its data isolated. You import their chart and balances by pasting the spreadsheet you already have.

SMEs with a warehouse

Purchasing, stock and sales connected: what comes in on a delivery note is what goes out on an invoice, and the system calculates the item's cost.

Companies with staff

Payroll, holidays, time bank and the month's filings. With the entry going into accounting by itself.

You know how you are doing

Budget against what you actually spent, evolution of labour cost and which accounts moved most. Without building a separate spreadsheet every month.

What the tax authority asks for

Electronic invoicing, the digital VAT ledger, withholding returns and the digital payroll ledger come out of the same data you work with every day.

Nobody touches what they should not

Each user enters only their own area and it is recorded who did each thing, with a history that cannot be rewritten even with access to the database.

Forecasting and intelligence

The four forecasting levels

From included basic forecasts to Pro, market data and ERPika Seny: explore the capabilities available for each module and subscribe to the add-ons you need.

Level 1

Basic · included

Forecasts based on recorded history, within the scope of each subscribed module. In Restó: tomorrow’s delivery orders, dining-room tables and dishes.

Included with your module

Level 2

Pro · ERPika Predictive Engine

Restó adds a seven-day outlook, hourly demand, suggested kitchen and delivery staffing, ingredient needs from recipes and stock, and expiry analysis. Purchasing suggestions consider incoming orders and supplier conditions; suggested orders remain drafts.

Available by subscription

Level 3

ERPika Market Intelligence · subscription

Official EU agri-food price series, source dates and trends. Associate a series with your ingredients and its conversion factor to compare market movements with your own purchasing history.

Available by subscription

Level 4

ERPika Seny · subscription

A floating assistant within Restó. Ask about sales, recipe margins, cash, stock, purchases or expiry. Answers use the application’s calculations and show their sources. Supported queries use structured interpretation, without generative AI; tone and regional Spanish can be configured. Also ask about bookings, table times, kitchen operations, waiters, delivery areas, fees and price simulations. Saved preferences can be reviewed and deleted.

Available by subscription

Restó · What will sell on Saturday?

Estimate how many portions of each dish you may sell on Saturday using sales history for comparable days. For example: 45 pizzas, 30 breaded steaks and 20 pasta dishes. Use the forecast with your recipes and current stock to plan ingredient purchases, prepare the kitchen and reduce shortages and waste.

Industry · Buy and produce with foresight

Use demand trends and stock shortage estimates to plan materials and production. For example: if you expect to sell 200 units next week and have 80 in stock, plan the remaining 120 with the required materials and supplier lead times. Review equipment failure risks to schedule maintenance.

Illustrative quantities, not live company predictions. Forecasts depend on sufficient history and are estimates, not guarantees. Purchasing decisions should account for current stock, recipes or bills of materials, and supplier lead times.

Illustrative example, without your company data. Sum amount × closure probability; this is not guaranteed revenue.

Other uses of Pro

CRM · Sales forecast

Prioritize opportunities by closure probability and review the factors behind each estimate.

Risks across your modules

Late payments, churn, stock shortages, failures or absences depending on the module and available history.

One subscription per account

Enable the add-on for your modules. Each prediction reports confidence and identifies insufficient data.

Usage and scope

Seny plans and messages

Message allowances depend on the subscribed plan. The assistant shows consumption and available top-ups. Start, Pro and Max are message plans within level 4, not additional forecasting levels; plan conditions and technical limits apply.

Appointments · Pro

Expected attendance, suggested overbooking based on expected absences, demand that has not yet booked and a follow-up call list. Availability depends on the subscribed appointment module and recorded history.

Measured accuracy

Forecast snapshots are compared with actual activity as days pass. Historical sales feed estimates; a new installation needs prospective results before it can show measured accuracy.

Build your ERPika

Pay only for what you will use

Choose the pieces your company needs. The price builds itself, and if tomorrow you add a module you add it without migrating anything.

A workflow is a work process with steps and owners —who requests, who approves, who receives— that is defined once and the system enforces. The limit is shared between the purchasing, sales and customer follow-up workflows.

System modules

Accounting

Financial years, ledgers, balance sheet and financial statements. Entries arrive by themselves from purchasing, sales and payroll.

€8
Clinic administration

Management of a clinic or center with several providers, rooms and equipment: appointment scheduling, sites, TV call screen, payers and coverage, and administration of the institution. Built for larger teams; more clinic-specific features will be added.

€79
CRM

Customers, opportunities and follow-up, on the same third parties you already loaded. Includes the sales and follow-up workflow builder; how many active workflows you can have depends on the plan.

€10
Distribution and shipping

Shipping and delivery with your own carriers. You build routes, assign each shipment to a driver, follow its status on a map and record deliveries and failed attempts with their proof. The driver works from their phone and opens the route on the map. It works equally for the workshop's equipment and for your orders.

€8
Documents and digital signature

Document management with electronic signature: folders and templates, online editing, version control, review and signing workflows, and access permissions per person.

€14
Foreign trade

Manage imports from the order through customs clearance. Record currency and exchange rate, allocate freight, insurance, duties and other expenses across items, and track partial warehouse receipts at landed cost. Requires Inventory.

€38
Insurance brokers

Policyholders, insurers, policies and documents, premium instalments, claims, expiry dates and renewals. Individual contact and temporary policyholder portal; messaging requires provider configuration.

€38
Inventory

Items, warehouses, stock ledger and valuation. Find a batch and inspect its movements, receipts, issues and recorded destination references. Batches and expiry dates help you follow stock and reconstruct its journey. The delivery note moves stock, not the invoice.

€14
Payroll

Payslips, payroll runs and filings. Charged per employee.

€3.50 /employee
Practice appointments

Scheduling for practices and independent professionals: providers, services and rooms; availability with absences and holidays; appointments by calendar or list, series and session packages; front desk, waiting list and overbooking; web booking with your logo and a full trace of every appointment.

€19
Production

Formulas and materials, manufacturing orders, work centres and operation routes. Material planning and incoming purchases; partial progress and production reports with actual consumption, batches, costs and scrap. Adjustable templates for metalworking, pharmacy, textiles, footwear, clothing, food, chemicals/cosmetics and furniture. Size/colour variants with independent recipes and progress history. Review each order’s traceability: stages, production reports and related stock movements.

€17
Purchasing

Suppliers, orders, delivery notes and running accounts. It checks that you are invoiced for what you ordered. The purchasing workflow —request, approval, order, receipt— is built to measure, with a workflow limit per plan. Review the order’s journey, receipts and related stock movements.

€11
Repairs and technical service

The complete technical service, designed for an authorised service centre. You receive the equipment with its serial number and accessories, diagnose it and quote with options the customer approves from a link. You repair with spare parts from inventory and deliver with the customer's sign-off. It controls the warranty of each unit, invoices each manufacturer for their share and the customer for the rest, and claims from the supplier the part that arrived faulty from origin. Technician schedule, board by status, customer tracking and workshop statistics. The workshop workflow is built to measure.

€11
Sales and invoicing

Quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices, with sales workflow and payment tracking.

€16

Additional features

Advanced discounts and pricing

Line discounts, the customer's usual discount and per-brand discounts, and choosing the price list on each line.

€5
Audit

A chained history that cannot be rewritten, with integrity verification.

€7
Automatic bank reconciliation

You import the bank statement and the system matches each movement with its entry by itself. What matches is reconciled without touching it; what does not stays in view for you to review by hand.

€6
Business Intelligence

Cross purchases, sales, stock and payroll in a single report. You define the indicator once and it recalculates by itself, with no spreadsheet in between.

€14
Contracts and subscriptions

Recurring invoicing: service contracts with their frequency and adjustments, invoices pending to issue and a warning for those about to expire.

€6
Credit, commissions and profitability

Credit limit per customer (warning or block), salesperson commissions on invoiced or collected amounts, and profitability by item.

€8
Custom dashboards

Build dashboards with charts, tables and indicators using system data or custom tables. Separate from BI reports and restaurant statistics.

€7
Custom tables

Create tables with the fields your business needs and manage records without coding. Table and field limits depend on the plan.

€8
Digital Payroll Book (Argentina)

Payroll add-on to prepare Argentina’s Digital Payroll Book and export files. Requires Payroll.

€8
Employee income tax (Argentina)

Employee income tax withholding in Argentina, with deductions and SIRADIG data in payroll calculations. Requires Payroll.

€7
Erpika Predictive Engine

The CRM predictive engine, available as an add-on for your subscribed modules. Estimate deal closure and customer churn; in other modules, late payments, stock shortages, failures and absences, depending on available data. Subscribe once per account. Each estimate explains its reasons and confidence; insufficient history is identified.

€19
Extra company

Another legal entity, with its data kept separate.

€8 each
Report and form designer

Design your own reports and forms without programming: you build tables and fields, define how they relate and place the controls by dragging them. The number of designs depends on the plan.

€8
SAP connection

Configurable SAP Business One connection: document and master-data mapping, transaction queue and retries. We verify the scope with your SAP installation.
