Forecasting and intelligence

The four forecasting levels

From included basic forecasts to Pro, market data and ERPika Seny: explore the capabilities available for each module and subscribe to the add-ons you need.

Level 1

Basic · included

Forecasts based on recorded history, within the scope of each subscribed module. In Restó: tomorrow’s delivery orders, dining-room tables and dishes.

Included with your module

Level 2

Pro · ERPika Predictive Engine

Restó adds a seven-day outlook, hourly demand, suggested kitchen and delivery staffing, ingredient needs from recipes and stock, and expiry analysis. Purchasing suggestions consider incoming orders and supplier conditions; suggested orders remain drafts.

Available by subscription

Level 3

ERPika Market Intelligence · subscription

Official EU agri-food price series, source dates and trends. Associate a series with your ingredients and its conversion factor to compare market movements with your own purchasing history.

Available by subscription

Level 4

ERPika Seny · subscription

A floating assistant within Restó. Ask about sales, recipe margins, cash, stock, purchases or expiry. Answers use the application’s calculations and show their sources. Supported queries use structured interpretation, without generative AI; tone and regional Spanish can be configured. Also ask about bookings, table times, kitchen operations, waiters, delivery areas, fees and price simulations. Saved preferences can be reviewed and deleted.

Restó · What will sell on Saturday?

Estimate how many portions of each dish you may sell on Saturday using sales history for comparable days. For example: 45 pizzas, 30 breaded steaks and 20 pasta dishes. Use the forecast with your recipes and current stock to plan ingredient purchases, prepare the kitchen and reduce shortages and waste.

Industry · Buy and produce with foresight

Use demand trends and stock shortage estimates to plan materials and production. For example: if you expect to sell 200 units next week and have 80 in stock, plan the remaining 120 with the required materials and supplier lead times. Review equipment failure risks to schedule maintenance.

Illustrative quantities, not live company predictions. Forecasts depend on sufficient history and are estimates, not guarantees. Purchasing decisions should account for current stock, recipes or bills of materials, and supplier lead times.

Illustrative example, without your company data. Sum amount × closure probability; this is not guaranteed revenue.

Other uses of Pro

CRM · Sales forecast

Prioritize opportunities by closure probability and review the factors behind each estimate.

Risks across your modules

Late payments, churn, stock shortages, failures or absences depending on the module and available history.

One subscription per account

Enable the add-on for your modules. Each prediction reports confidence and identifies insufficient data.

Usage and scope

Seny plans and messages

Message allowances depend on the subscribed plan. The assistant shows consumption and available top-ups. Start, Pro and Max are message plans within level 4, not additional forecasting levels; plan conditions and technical limits apply.

Appointments · Pro

Expected attendance, suggested overbooking based on expected absences, demand that has not yet booked and a follow-up call list. Availability depends on the subscribed appointment module and recorded history.

Measured accuracy

Forecast snapshots are compared with actual activity as days pass. Historical sales feed estimates; a new installation needs prospective results before it can show measured accuracy.

Sales and customers

Sales and invoicing

Quotes, orders, dispatch notes and electronic invoicing according to the country and account setup.

CRM

Customers, opportunities and follow-up, on the same third parties you already loaded. Includes the sales and follow-up workflow builder; how many active workflows you can have depends on the plan.

Erpika Predictive Engine

The CRM predictive engine, available as an add-on for your subscribed modules. Estimate deal closure and customer churn; in other modules, late payments, stock shortages, failures and absences, depending on available data. Subscribe once per account. Each estimate explains its reasons and confidence; insufficient history is identified.

Contracts and subscriptions

Recurring invoicing: service contracts with their frequency and adjustments, invoices pending to issue and a warning for those about to expire.

Credit, commissions and profitability

Credit limit per customer (warning or block), salesperson commissions on invoiced or collected amounts, and profitability by item.

Advanced discounts and pricing

Line discounts, the customer's usual discount and per-brand discounts, and choosing the price list on each line.

Administration and operations

Accounting

Financial years, ledgers, balance sheet and financial statements. Entries arrive by themselves from purchasing, sales and payroll.

Purchasing

Suppliers, orders, delivery notes and running accounts. It checks that you are invoiced for what you ordered. The purchasing workflow —request, approval, order, receipt— is built to measure, with a workflow limit per plan. Review the order’s journey, receipts and related stock movements.

Payroll

Payslips, payroll runs and filings. Charged per employee.

Inventory

Items, warehouses, stock ledger and valuation. Find a batch and inspect its movements, receipts, issues and recorded destination references. Batches and expiry dates help you follow stock and reconstruct its journey. The delivery note moves stock, not the invoice.

Foreign trade

Manage imports from the order through customs clearance. Record currency and exchange rate, allocate freight, insurance, duties and other expenses across items, and track partial warehouse receipts at landed cost. Requires Inventory.

Production

Formulas and materials, manufacturing orders, work centres and operation routes. Material planning and incoming purchases; partial progress and production reports with actual consumption, batches, costs and scrap. Adjustable templates for metalworking, pharmacy, textiles, footwear, clothing, food, chemicals/cosmetics and furniture. Size/colour variants with independent recipes and progress history. Review each order’s traceability: stages, production reports and related stock movements.

Documents and digital signature

Document management with electronic signature: folders and templates, online editing, version control, review and signing workflows, and access permissions per person.

Repairs and technical service

The complete technical service, designed for an authorised service centre. You receive the equipment with its serial number and accessories, diagnose it and quote with options the customer approves from a link. You repair with spare parts from inventory and deliver with the customer's sign-off. It controls the warranty of each unit, invoices each manufacturer for their share and the customer for the rest, and claims from the supplier the part that arrived faulty from origin. Technician schedule, board by status, customer tracking and workshop statistics. The workshop workflow is built to measure.

Distribution and shipping

Shipping and delivery with your own carriers. You build routes, assign each shipment to a driver, follow its status on a map and record deliveries and failed attempts with their proof. The driver works from their phone and opens the route on the map. It works equally for the workshop's equipment and for your orders.

Care and laboratories

Practice appointments

Scheduling for practices and independent professionals: providers, services and rooms; availability with absences and holidays; appointments by calendar or list, series and session packages; front desk, waiting list and overbooking; web booking with your logo and a full trace of every appointment.

Clinic administration

Management of a clinic or center with several providers, rooms and equipment: appointment scheduling, sites, TV call screen, payers and coverage, and administration of the institution. Built for larger teams; more clinic-specific features will be added.
